Does STAgent work with other monitoring platforms?+
STAgent works exclusively with Securithor. A working Securithor environment and compatible alarm API integration are required. Contact us to confirm compatibility and deployment requirements.
Can I choose what the AI is allowed to do?+
Yes. Policies support suggestion-only, semi-automatic and automatic handling, with confidence thresholds, approval requirements and action limits. Automatic closure requires explicit permission and a successful integration response.
What is needed for AI voice calls?+
A configured SIP service, contact numbers and compatible AI credentials are needed for AI-assisted calls and transcription. Provider availability and usage charges apply. Windows speech fallback depends on installed voices.
Which languages are available?+
The application interface and this website are available in English, Portuguese, Spanish, French, Italian and Russian. Voice capabilities depend on configured providers and installed voices.
How much can my operation save?+
